World Health Organization announced that swine flu has spread on at least 160 countries and it will continue to spread.
WHO says that swine flu could infect more than 2 billion people in next two years.
H1N1Â virus killed more than 800 people until now.
Keiji Fukuda, interim assistant director-general for health, security and environment for the World Health Organization, said that work on vaccine is intensified but he added that safety could not be compromised.
